What we collect

• Details you give us in a form: your name, email address, country, and whatever else that particular form asks for — property requirements, insurance age band, a message.
• Purchase information: your email address and order details. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed and how you arrived, through analytics, once analytics is connected.

Our interactive tools — the visa finder, the budget calculator and the where-to-live quiz — run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not submitted, stored or emailed to us.

What we do with it

• Send you what you asked for, and the email sequence you agreed to.
• Deliver and support anything you have bought.
• Where you have explicitly agreed, pass your enquiry to a relevant service partner — for example a property agent or an insurance broker.
• Understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal data. Details are only shared with a partner where you have ticked the box asking us to make that introduction.

Lawful basis

Consent for marketing emails and partner introductions; contract for delivering something you bought; and legitimate interests for basic site analytics and security.

How long we keep it

Mailing list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these, use the contact form.

Who processes data for us

Once connected, this site expects to use an email service provider for the mailing list, a payment processor for purchases, an analytics provider, and a hosting provider. Some may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. The specific providers will be named here once they are in place.

Cookies

The site itself uses local browser storage to remember what is in your basket. No advertising or analytics cookies are set in this build. When analytics or advertising pixels are added, a consent mechanism will be added with them.

Children

This site is aimed at adults and is not directed at children.
